A free attraction returns at Polish airports. "You can admire takeoffs and landings."

Rzeszów Airport is expanding its tourist offerings. After a layover, passengers at the regional airport will be greeted by an observation deck offering views of planes landing and taking off. This attraction is completely free and open to the public. A similar location can also be found at Warsaw Chopin Airport , where a monitor displaying radar images has also been installed.

The observation deck at the Rzeszów airport is open again

For several weeks now, tourists departing from Rzeszów have been able to use the observation deck located on the second floor of the terminal. It's the perfect place to relax before a long flight – a relaxation area with loungers and the self-service BUY&GO BALTONA café are located nearby. Admission to the deck is free and open to people of all ages. "However, photography is prohibited there, as is the case throughout the entire Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport," reports the Czyt Rzeszów portal.

Passengers departing from Warsaw will also find a similar spot. Chopin Airport offers a glass-enclosed, roofed observation deck with a seating area and access to a café. Free Wi-Fi is also available, making this a popular destination for those traveling for work. As in Rzeszów, admission is free.

Not every tourist knows how to get here, however. The entrance is from the stairs leading to the train station. After exiting the train at the platform, head straight ahead and then take the first set of stairs up. Unfortunately, this is not available to those departing very early in the morning or late in the evening. The terrace is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
